Eligibility requirements: Applicants must either be Italian American students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement or be students from any ethnic background majoring or minoring in Italian language, Italian studies. Italian American studies or a related field and demonstrate outstanding academic achievement. Applicants must also plan to be or currently be enrolled in an accredited institution of higher education, have a minimum 3.25 GPA and be U.S. citizens or .permanent residents.

Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be gold medal winners in Latin III-N Prose, III-IV Poetry or Latin V-VI on the National Latin Exam. Applicants must be high school seniors who agree to take at least one Latin or classical Greek each semester during their first year of college. A classics in translation course does not count.

Purpose of award: To support student composers.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be at least in grade 7 and no older than age 25. Three awards are given, one for each category: intermediate (grades 7 to 9), high school (grades 10 to 12) and advanced (high school graduates through age 25). Applicants must be members of the National Federation of Music Clubs and must submit an original piano composition to be judged. This biennial award is given in odd numbered years.
