Arkansas Scholarships for Outstanding Graduates

Do you a stellar student looking to attend an Arkansas college or university? A minimum of 75 of the best Arkansas students will receive money from the Arkansas Department of Higher Education Governor's Scholars Program. The program rewards top students for their efforts and encourages them to attend an Arkansas institution of higher learning.
